Challenge

ZYN needed an always-on social presence that redefined “premium” in the nicotine category and stood apart in a crowded, fast-growth space.

Solution

I art-directed elevated lifestyle shoots and introduced more narrative-led video, building a feed system where every post reinforced brand taste, intention, and consistency. Interactive formats (polls, comments, community prompts) drove engagement without diluting the premium feel.

Impact

Streamlined approvals, fewer revision cycles, and +3,840 followers (+8%) in six months through a more consistent, seasonally responsive channel.
