Challenge
Microsoft Education’s global channels needed a scalable content engine that stayed culturally relevant, inclusive, and on-brand week after week.
Solution
I pushed the design system into a more social-first territory by blending lo-fi video, lifestyle storytelling, and product utility while tailoring creative to teachers, students, and administrators globally.
Impact
A repeatable weekly cadence of 4–5 posts across platforms, stronger feed consistency, fewer client revisions, and +5,000 followers in six months within a 150K audience base.
